Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the services and software provided by Nature Scholar LLC ("Nature Scholar," "we," "us," or "our"). It applies alongside our Terms of Service. All fees are stated and processed in US dollars (USD) through our payment processor, Stripe.
2. Free audit
The initial profit audit is free. It carries no charge and no obligation to continue with any paid service. You will never be billed for requesting or receiving an audit.
3. Software subscriptions
Our self-serve PPC software is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time, and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period — you keep access to everything you have paid for until that date. Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not automatically pro-rate or refund partial months.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel a software subscription at any time from within your account, or by emailing us at hello@naturescholar.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you will not be charged for the next period. Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid being billed for the following month.
5. Managed-service retainers
Managed-service retainers are billed monthly. Either party may cancel with reasonable notice as described in your order form or statement of work. On cancellation, we will complete or responsibly wind down in-progress work through the end of the paid period, and any fees already accrued remain payable. Retainer fees for a period already begun are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
6. Performance fees
Performance fees for FBA reimbursement recovery are charged only on reimbursements actually recovered for you, and only after those funds have landed in your Amazon account. Because these fees reflect money we have already recovered on your behalf, they are non-refundable once the recovered funds have landed. If Amazon later reverses or claws back a reimbursement on which we charged a fee, we will credit or refund the corresponding fee so you are not charged for money you did not ultimately keep.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at hello@naturescholar.com. We resolve billing issues quickly and fairly, and almost every dispute can be settled faster directly with us than through a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your services while we investigate.
